Cancellation Policy:.
Cancellations within 24 hours of booked session will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. A “No-show” will incur full payment. If Sue is unable to fulfill your scheduled appointment, she will prioritize an alternative session time or, if you prefer, provide a full refund.
